Duration: 45 Months

Work Type: Onsite
Shift: Mon Thu (4:00 PM to 12:30 AM)
Job Description:
Qualifications:
Key qualifications include:
- Prior exposure to general manufacturing and warehouse operations desired
- Must be able to physically wash the carrier racks as required using the established procedure
- Work safely with and around chemicals such as cleaning agents
- Ability to move/lift lower or rise from ground or above ground level objects weighing up to 75 lbs. for short periods of time and moving by pushing pulling or carrying over a distance up to 100 feet
Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation utilizing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Exhibit behavior that meets and exceeds all safety Standards
Key process includes:
- Manually removing empty 5 Gallon Bottles from large plastic carrier racks.
- Cleaning Racks with manual brushes and soap and water process to insure cleanliness.
- Replacing empty Bottles in rack when Complete.
- Marking and tagging racks as wash completed according to standards
- Responsibilities also include sorting empty bottles during the process to identify those with defective labels and relabeling them as required according to standards.
- Assist in keeping accurate counts of daily outputs including number of Mod racks washed and bottles relabeled.
- Assist with monitoring overall quality of washing by performing line and quality checks
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned including small item product Kit assemblies
