IT Network Administrator

Needs:

• Experience with an ERP implementation/migration (can be Epicor or any platform)
• Project management skills
• Must be strong in both Crystal Reports and SSRS reporting. Be able to write reports in both formats and prefer someone with skill moving custom Crystal Reports to SSRS
• Desktop support (Windows 10 & 11) office applications Outlook Teams Microsoft
• Must be familiar with Epicor
• Be able to spec out hardware requirements for internal clients users
• Extensive experience in developing BAQs and dashboards
• Be able to setup lead and conduct IT training for new hires and maintain training for current staff as it relates to technology updates.
• Maintain the site security parameters for Epicor/Kinetic and all desktop applications
• Must have a background in networks strong enough to troubleshoot connectivity issues internally
• Function as the site lead for diagnosing and troubleshooting Kinetic technical issues; be primary point of communication for organization
• Function as the lead/point person for managing upgrades/patches in Kinetic test system updates and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required for the organization
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
• This is an onsite position and is not remote

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with and implementing EDI
• Migration/upgrade experience from Epicor 9.05 to Kinetic Cloud
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
• Experience as a Sharepoint Administrator. Be capable of laying out a roadmap to move documents to SharePoint and build a cohesive internal structure for all areas.
• Experience implementing bolt on applications via APIs to Epicor products
• Familiar with Insights Spreadsheet Serverimplementation/execution
• Experience with Grow and Automation Studio platforms to assist in creating workflows automation and business intelligence dashboards.
• Experience deploying technology to production floor/personnel i.e.: dashboard displays handhelds/scanners MES technology etc.
