Position: Senior Agency Account Executive
Location: Seattle WA (Remote/Hybrid options available)
Employment Type: FullTime/PartTime Considered
Salary: $100000 median (target) with an upper bound of $125000 or hourly equivalents based on experience and qualifications

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in the creative industry to join one of our premier client agencies in Seattle. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving successful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and delivering exceptional results.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns collaborating closely with creative and strategic teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insightful reporting and recommendations to clients and agency leadership.
- Mentor and lead junior team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Advertising Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management within a creative agency environment.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing crossfunctional teams.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
