Temp - Registered Nurse RN - Med Surg Days Lawton OK

Preparing administering and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings inserting catheters and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Monitoring patients vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
Requirement description :

• At least 1 year of experience Required
• Recent traveler experience highly preferred
• BACKFILL Preferably someone who is compliant MUST START ASAP ASAP STARTS ONLY!

• Work History
• Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
• Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS AHA NIH)
• Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)

Weekend Requirements : 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule period
