As a music & entertainment agency GUESSTIMATE lives the new 360 of the music industry and sees itself as a creative partner for international artists songwriters media brands and other creatives.
Music Label and Artist & Promotion Services: GUESSTIMATE is the home of international Gold Platinum & Diamond certified artists. The team develops artist brands and brings them to life through strong content and creative marketing & promotion campaigns with artist such as The Arctic Monkey Peggy Gou and more.
As a label GUESSTIMATE successfully works on the careers of artists such as YouNotUs Deepend Frytz Kush Kush Alle Farben and many more. GUESSTIMATE Label is always involved in the latest genres.
We are looking for a Product Manager to support our GUESSTIMATE Label team in Berlin or remotely as soon as possible. Product management at GUESSTIMATE means providing comprehensive support for the production marketing distribution and controlling of music from a wide range of artists from Berlin scene tips to internationally successful radio hits.
Aufgaben
- Product management of the artists national and international releases strategic brand management and targeted evaluation of the repertoire
- Production of artwork music videos advertising material and other assets for optimal marketing as part of consistent track and artist strategies
- Goaloriented and structured communication between all parties involved in music production and exploitation both internally and externally including artists writers producers A&R management radio club & streaming promotion distribution external agencies and licensing partners
- the development full support and control of individual promotion and marketing measures and the initiation and monitoring of the marketing process: branding & performance marketing campaigns via digital & social media advertising inclient measures at DSPs playlisting and creative campaigns
- Maintaining and expanding your own contacts and network; representing the company externally
Qualifikation
- You live and love music never miss a trend and preferrably have relevant professional experience in product management or relevant experience in the music and entertainment industry but this is not mandatory.
- You are open and communicative and speak and write English and German (preferred but not required).
- You work independently and in an organized manner are punctual reliable and conscientious.
- Creative work organization and structure are not mutually exclusive for you.
- You have a trained ear for music.
