Job Description
North Memorial is seeking a Hem/Onc Locum to start as soon as credentialed!
Practice Setting: Inpatient coverage only.
Dates of Coverage: Needed by end of January at the latest. Needed for a minimum of nine month
Call Schedule: 5 pm to 8 am Call volumes low average 12 calls per night
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
Average Number of Patients Per Day HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 10
Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 1
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 34 months (must have MN license)
- Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters assessment of port integrity and Chemotherapy Intrathecal
Requirement description :
- ABMS Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Required
- MN State License Required
- BLS Required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS
- Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Minnesota
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Weekends needed
