IT Manager

Responsible for working with users either internal or external including vendors/suppliers. To perform IT support on infrastructure and operation covering endtoend process which include CSC FrontOfHouse and BackOfHouse process. Architect the infrastructure and design with related partners e.g. network provider data center support etc. to ensure store infrastructure fulfil current and future business requirement and security concern. Manage operation support provider to achieve business requirement and IT service.

Being the leader of the IT department and point of contact for IT team to ensure that all IT services are functioning properly to be able to operate the Hotel business as per the expectation and performs other task as assigned.

Perform risk management to minimize support risks maintain infrastructure and application with knowledge of POS and all existing store systems work closely with network and system support provider.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science.
• Excellent service orientation interpersonal team skills flexibility initiative and team work.
• Ability to work under pressure & excellent problem solving & decision making skills.
• 4 to 6 experience in Hotel Industry
