Skills:
* Must have excellent experience on HEDIS
* FMC Measure or any other STARS measure
* need to know how CMS calculates how to improve the scope what did they do to improve
* Data mapping to be able to find sources to lead trigger member outreach
* Experience with data queries know what they are asking for and be able to create simple questions
* Thinker not follower
* Enterprise experience
* Assertive
