Job Description:
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the endtoend benefit implementation project for US Benefits and Leave programs for two implementation projects.
Partner with business units to lead discovery process to ensure they have a seamless transition to separate HRIS payroll and benefit election platforms to support Benefit & Leave programs.
Provide a consultative approach to determine requirements providing industry best practices where applicable with Business Units external partners and Shared Service teams.
Work with partner organizations to complete delivery of carrier files (Businessolver Workday and Lincoln)
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure that all file setup work has been completed accurately
Complete full data audits includes producing reports providing summaries and detail for system reconciliation
Ability to understand why discrepancies are occurring and provide direction on how to resolve them Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in a matrixed and shared service environment
Experience with US Health and Welfare and Retirement program implementations
Basic Excel skills (VLookup Concatenate and Pivot Tables)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong Customer Service Skills
Ability to work in a high volume fastpaced environment
Ability to effectively solve problems by finding and using key resources
Some travel up to 5% required.
