Job Scope
Identify and prospect new business/clients via sales/coldcalling and sales activities. Generate new sales leads contract negotiation and sales closure.
Responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability.
Attend to customers feedback/ complaints and follow up with highquality after sales services.
Act as the customers main point of contact by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries problems or issues are deal with appropriately.
Job Requirements:
Min. 2 years of Sales / Business Development/ Account management experiences across freight forwarding industry.
Experience in any vertical market and strong knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) is preferred.
Demonstrable track record of overachieving sales target is a plus.
Have relevant experiences on operation work in Air or Ocean operation department will be at advantage.
Fast learner and passion in sales.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good presentation skills.
