Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (Mentor Certification)
Location: Work from Home
Salary:per month (plus incentives)
Job Description:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist with 3 years of experience in hardcore sales specifically in the career counseling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell mentor certification programs within the career counseling space.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through research cold calling and followups.
- Effectively communicate the value of mentor certification products to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hardcore sales experience preferably in selling career counseling products.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Aggressive and salesfocused with a passion for closing deals.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Bachelors degree
