Job Description

Job Title: Appointment scheduler
Location: Remote
Employment Type: FullTime
Salary: ZAR 6000 Basic Commission

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads to schedule AI product demo appointments for the sales team.
Use excellent communication and persuasive skills to explain the value of the demo ensuring a high booking rate.
Maintain an organised schedule and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
Follow up with potential clients and ensure they attend scheduled demos.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve demo rates.
Manage client data and appointments in CRM systems.

Key Qualifications:
Fluent in both written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
Experience in telesales customer service or appointment setting is highly desirable.
A sales mindset without the pressure of closing deals your focus is on booking meetings!
Organised selfmotivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings. Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community. Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends. Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays. Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes. Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favourable impression of the company. Qualifications and Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes Sales or customer service experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Reporting Structure: The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
