Title: Administrative Assistant / Customer Support
Location: Sacramento CA 95834
Duration: 12 months(Possible Extension)
Schedule: Hours 7am to 5pm MF
Hybrid flexibility onsite and remote based on business needs
Position Purpose:
Expert on using data to training models. The models are then used to automate processes like image classification speech recognition and market forecasting.
Requirements:
- This position is responsible for supporting technicians resolving customer complaints and issues and completing needed paperwork
- Coordinate appointments with technicians and subcontractor
- Customer Service assisting customers with various issues such as billing service requests etc
- Complete and/or scan documents as needed
- Order and track parts
- Work with technicians/subcontractors to ensure paperwork is completed properly within the designated time
- Assist in coordinating technician activities such as scheduling customer notification and equipment procurement
- Receive and Issue material and equipment to technicians
- Interfacing with customers on Customer Satisfaction issues
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of office administrative support
- 5 years of Microsoft Suite including Outlook Word and Excel
- Typing Speed of at least 40 WPM
