Working Hours: Monday Friday 07:00 19:00; Saturday Sunday 09:00 18:00 (twice a month working on weekends)

Position Overview:
As a Customer Support representative you will assist our clients with their inquiries and ensure a seamless travel experience. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for the airline industry we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with booking inquiries changes and cancellations.
Provide information on flight schedules services and policies.
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Danish or Norwegian.
Resolve issues promptly and efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Danish or Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
Previous experience in customer support or the airline industry is a plus.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Customeroriented mindset with a passion for travel.
