Job Description

As we expand our presence in the German market we are seeking a motivated GermanSpeaking Technical Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and drive revenue growth. Role Overview

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative you will be an integral part of our sales team working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in the micro devices sector. This position requires a strong technical background combined with excellent sales skills. You will engage with both existing and potential customers managing the sales process from initial inquiry to successful closure. Your efforts will directly contribute to our sales targets and the overall growth of the company.

This role is a hybrid position with two days onsite in our Munich office and three days working remotely allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you remain connected with the team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and followups. Work on building a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and prospective customers addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service to foster longterm relationships.
  • Technical Consultation: Utilize your technical knowledge to understand customer requirements offering tailored product solutions that meet their needs in the micro devices space.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with external sales representatives and technical teams to coordinate efforts and ensure that customer needs are fully understood and met.
  • Order Processing & Management: Manage the entire sales order process including order entry tracking and followup ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and new technologies to provide relevant insights to customers and support the sales team in strategic planning.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and forecasts in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluent in German & English: Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential to effectively communicate with our local and international clients.
  • 5 Years of Technical Sales Experience: A proven track record of at least five years in technical sales or inside sales roles ideally within the micro devices electronics or hightech industries.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of micro devices microelectronics semiconductors or related technologies. A degree in Engineering Electronics or a similar field is highly advantageous.
  • Sales Proficiency: Experience managing the full sales cycle including prospecting qualifying presenting and closing deals. Ability to develop effective sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • CustomerCentric Approach: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • SelfMotivated & ResultsDriven: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and able to quickly adapt to changes in market dynamics or company strategies.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including technical support product development and marketing to drive customer success.
