Job Description
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and customerfocused PolishSpeaking Customer Advisor to become part of our fastgrowing ecommerce team. In this fully remote role youll work from anywhere in Greece providing firstclass service to our Polishspeaking customers. In this role youll be the goto person for customer queries offering support for anything from product questions to order issues. Youll help guide customers through their shopping experience and work closely with other teams to resolve any challenges they might face. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through phone email and live chat ensuring a high level of service for Polishspeaking customers.
- Provide product details help customers complete their purchases and support them with postpurchase concerns.
- Address any problems or complaints providing effective and timely solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as logistics and tech support) to ensure smooth problem resolution.
- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain uptodate records of customer issues.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience based on your observations.
- Occasionally assist with translating customer service content from Polish to English.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Polish (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of English for internal communication and training purposes.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but we are open to candidates from all backgrounds as full training will be provided.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to offer solutions with empathy.
- Selfmotivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with customer service software or CRMs is an advantage though not essential.
