Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor fluent in Dutch (C1C2) and proficient in English (B2) to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing timely accurate and professional customer service across various channels including phone chat social media and email. Your objective will be to ensure high service standards and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Manage incoming calls chats messages and emails to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized support.
- Relationship Building: Foster sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers.
- Information Accuracy: Provide accurate valid and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Performance Tracking: Meet personal and team targets including case handling quotas while keeping detailed records of customer interactions.
- Compliance: Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch (C1C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- Communication Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
- Customer Orientation: Demonstrated ability to adapt to and respond effectively to different customer personalities.
- Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1250 EUR per month (paid over 14 months).
- Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus of 10% based on performance.
- Meal Allowance: Meal voucher card valued at 3 per working day for the first year increasing to 6 after 12 months.
