Description:
Are you passionate about technology and customer support We are looking for Technical Support Specialists to provide expert assistance to enterprise customers using Microsoft products such as Office 365 Active Directory and DNS. Join our team and help customers solve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for enterprise clients.
- Provide highquality support while meeting SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenging issues.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 networking and Active Directory.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT is an advantage.
- Nativelevel Polish and fluency in English.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
