Roles and Responsibility
- Promote safety activity ensure safety environment in operation
- Quality KPI implementation
- Productivity management (Leading continuous improvement)
- Production process optimization with considering automation and digitization
- Team and people development
- Investment project implementation with engineering division
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering related work experience (Chemical industry preferred but not limited)
- Business level of English (email telephone conference etc.)
- Fluent Japanese ability
Preferred Requirements
- Experience of people/project management
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Lean six sigma
- Experience to use CAD (preferred)
Conditions / Benefits
Employment type: Permanent
Location: Hino Shiga
Annual Salary: 6.5M JPY
Willing to discuss and negotiate depending on current salary experience and skills
Hours: 9:00 17:30
Flextime available (Core time: 10:00 15:00)
Probation: 3 months
