Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and manage all digital initiatives for a retail lifestyle shopping center. This includes daily communication strategic planning workflow optimization and performance analysis. The role involves collaboration with various departments to develop a blueprint for use across additional retail centers ensuring integration into the overall branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that embodies the unique character of the shopping center.
- Content Management: Coordinate and create all center content ensuring consistency in style accuracy and customer value.
- Vendor Management: Oversee digital business vendors and partners associated with the centers website email database SMS database and social media assets.
- Performance Analysis: Collect data to provide customer insights research findings and market positioning recommendations.
- Tenant Relations: Enhance tenant visibility and drive foot traffic to onsite businesses.
- Corporate Marketing: Manage and coordinate key functions for the corporate brand.
Qualifications:
- College degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of five years of digital marketing experience preferably with a focus on retail real estate or event marketing.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite social media marketing Google AdWords Google Analytics SEO/SEM and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong creative skills strategic analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Ability to update websites via CMS (WYSIWYG) or manage thirdparty vendors for timely edits.
