Job Description

Role: Client Partner BFSI


Location Melbourne Australia


Employment Type : Permanent


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Ownership: Manage and expand key multinational accounts or portions of accounts according to their size and scope within the BFSI sector
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Collaboration: Work with presales solutioning and delivery teams to ensure value delivery.
  • Proactive Solutions: Develop and lead dealshaping concepts tailored to client needs.
  • Workshops and Technical Collaboration: Facilitate workshops with technical architects to deepen client relationships.
  • Account Strategy Development: Establish account strategies aligned with customer priorities and market conditions.
  • Delivery Excellence: Interface with delivery partners to set metrics and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.


Experience Required:

  • Experience: Minimum 1315 years in the IT services industry.
  • Client Management: At least 8 10 years of experience in managing large client accounts.
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to connect with other account managers and present a unified approach.


Education : Any Relevant UG /PG
