Role: Client Partner BFSI

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Ownership: Manage and expand key multinational accounts or portions of accounts according to their size and scope within the BFSI sector
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers.
- Collaboration: Work with presales solutioning and delivery teams to ensure value delivery.
- Proactive Solutions: Develop and lead dealshaping concepts tailored to client needs.
- Workshops and Technical Collaboration: Facilitate workshops with technical architects to deepen client relationships.
- Account Strategy Development: Establish account strategies aligned with customer priorities and market conditions.
- Delivery Excellence: Interface with delivery partners to set metrics and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
Experience Required:
- Experience: Minimum 1315 years in the IT services industry.
- Client Management: At least 8 10 years of experience in managing large client accounts.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to connect with other account managers and present a unified approach.
Education : Any Relevant UG /PG
