1. Reason for Hiring: This is a backfill position for a fulltime employee on leave.
2. Work Arrangement: The position is hybrid requiring inoffice presence 12 times a week initially increasing to 3 days in November and December.
3. Travel Requirements: No travel is required for this role.
4. Experience Required: Candidates need to have 5 years of experience.
5. Urgency: The role needs to be filled as soon as possible.
6. Interview Process: There will be 2 video interviews.
7. Compensation: The maximum pay rate offered is $40 per hour.
8. Work Hours: Standard work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.
9. MustHave Skills:
o Payroll process experience.
o Experience with Ceridian DayForce applications.
o Data analysis skills.
o Effective communication skills.
10. NicetoHave Skills:
o 2 years of payroll experience with yearend process knowledge.
o Experience with UKG ADP and Ceridian DayForce payroll platforms.
o Experience managing payroll for over 5000 employees and ticket management systems like ServiceNow.
o Ability to adapt and learn without standard operating procedures or manuals.
11. Additional Information:
o Supervisory experience in payroll data analysis is preferred. They will not be supervising other workers.
o Relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of formal education

Position Description: * Completes company specific payroll configurations and analyses for specific business cases i.e. for mergers acquisitions or integrations.* Coordinates processing of payroll information among team members.* Prepares and distributes various payroll reports for clients and management.* Interfaces with HR IT to ensure integration requirements are properly communicated and implemented.* Reconciles payroll accounts.* Responds to inquiries from clients or employees related to payroll and administration.* Processes garnishment orders withholding orders or levels including facilitating payments to agencies. Impacts: Is expected to integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines to develop and accountably propose appropriate and effective solutions for significant parts of solutions.
