Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am3:30pm)
Hours: 40 hours per week with occasional over time that may result in up to 50 hours per week
Location: 100% On Site Role in Greeneville TN
Other: Metatarsals are not required on first day of work. Client will provide metatarsals as needed.
Requirements/Preferences:
Education Preferred: Bachelors degree in an engineering related field
Experience Preferred in following areas: Manufacturing Engineering Quality Engineering Industrial Engineering (open to recent graduates)
Top Must Haves:
1) Manufacturing Related Experience (Electrical Design Quality or Industrial Engineering) or BS Engineering
2) Lean Manufacturing 6Sigma Project Management knowledge/skills
3) Computer Skills: Including CAD Office Suite/Power BI
Description:
This job fully integrates an individual into the engineering culture by performing specific manufacturing engineering assignments that are limited in scope depth and degree of skill required. Uses problem solving methodology to establish root cause and sustainable corrective action. Work plans and decisions are usually reviewed by others. Duties: Learns and uses planning tools and analysis to formulate/facilitate project management for new products within the product delivery order fulfillment or customer support processes. Investigates product and process quality related issues and recommends changes to control plans and continuous improvement projects. Gathers and analyzes data pertinent in the Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP) Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) and/or Customer Support Process (CSP). Inputs and maintains information in factory databases and systems. Monitors quality plan tracking system. Assists in reviews and investigations of warranty claim information.
