Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a Training and Support Specialist to develop inperson and online training content for Medicaid initiatives. This role requires expertise in instructional design and strong content development skills. The ideal candidate will create resources for employee learning and facilitate virtual meetings while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- 3 years of experience in curriculum design and adult learning practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Articulate 360 and Camtasia
- Strong presentation communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with MS Teams and Microsoft products
- Ability to develop training materials and resources for virtual and inperson delivery
