Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAO Instructional Designer to develop innovative instructional programs and materials that align with organizational goals and learner needs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of instructional design expertise and creativity along with excellent communication skills. This role involves collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments and Audience Analyses to identify learning objectives.
- Design and develop 508compliant instructional materials and various online training formats.
- Create SCORMcompliant webinars and eLearning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Develop assessments to measure learner progress and analyze data for instructional improvement.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
