Job Description

Position: SAO Instructional Designer (Workday)
Location: Online (Locals preferred)
Client: State of Georgia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAO Instructional Designer to develop innovative instructional programs and materials that align with organizational goals and learner needs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of instructional design expertise and creativity along with excellent communication skills. This role involves collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments and Audience Analyses to identify learning objectives.
  • Design and develop 508compliant instructional materials and various online training formats.
  • Create SCORMcompliant webinars and eLearning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Develop assessments to measure learner progress and analyze data for instructional improvement.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
