Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Test Analyst 3 to join our team in Lansing MI. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills and expertise in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and be adept at developing testing strategies in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance and software testing with a focus on manual and automated methods.
- Collaborate on Agile and Waterfall development projects ensuring thorough testing and documentation.
- Write and document test cases using DevOps or other Agile tools.
- Test Javabased applications and Oracle databases effectively.
- Develop and implement Agile testing strategies and test plans across multiple projects.
