Role: Technical / Solutions Architect

Job description:
- Define a scalable future state digital platform architecture.
- Lead project solution design including vendor selection concept validation prototyping and the capturing of necessary artifacts
- Works collaboratively with information security application & infrastructure teams to produce optimal high level and cost effective designs.
- Collaborate with IT Enterprise Solutions to ensure solutions are scalable supportable and comply with ATI accessibility policies
- Facilitates the evaluation and selection of infrastructure solutions and product standards.
- Acts as an arbitrator as needed to bring the appropriate parties together to drive discussions to decisions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Information Security Office to design plan and maintain campus infrastructure architecture to adhere to campus information security policy and standards.
- Analyze areas of new technology as it pertains to possible solutions to business problems and assesses options available to the university

- Gather requirements create an architecture design document and implement solutions to satisfy business and development needs.
- Ensure the ongoing operational delivery of all services within agreed upon SLA definitions
- Manage the planning design development and implementation of Web and Business Applications to ensure compliance with IT Application Architecture Data Architecture and Security standards.
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and administration of all Web and Business Applications to ensure compliance with support vendor versions and security patching.
- Define implement monitor and improve departmental procedures methods processes.
