Job Title: Configuration Engineer

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and configure PPM tools specifically Accolade or similar platforms
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design implement and maintain configuration solutions to meet business needs
Perform system testing and validation procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
Provide technical support and training to end users
Document configuration processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field
Proven experience with Accolade or other configurationbased PPM tools
Strong understanding of software development and configuration management
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
