Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst Manufacturing
Location: Des Plaines IL 60019 onsite hybrid 2 days a week Full time role
Base Salary 90k to 120K plus bonus depending on experience
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Experience as a BA with a tier 1 or 2 ERP system such as Epicor Infor Microsoft Oracle Plex SAP is required
5 years of experience in a similar Business Analysis gathering requirements users interface some data analytics supporting a (manufacturing warehouses transportation management / procurement quotation and invoicing processes inventory management and ASM ( Support). This is a solo department so this person will need to handle these issues.
Experience working with external project managers system architects managed support providers.
A big plus is a deep understanding of SAP S4Hana Public Cloud solutions and architecture.
Experience working with vendors.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
Outstanding communication organization skills interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analyst: Support the user community with daytoday SAP challenges
Support Coordination Project Management Overall system testing
Documentation and Training.
Administration: manage all users access in SAP
