Job Description
Position: Control Room Operator
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Fulltime
Work model: onsite
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and verify all studio activities according to the organizational standards ensuring smooth operations
- Respond promptly to table calls resolving issues quickly to minimize disruptions in gameplay
- Maintain and enforce the companys game standards during all live sessions
- Log and report any operational incidents or discrepancies ensuring accurate records
- Support CRO Specialists Shift Managers and team leaders with operational tasks to ensure efficiency
- Stay updated on all procedures rules promotions and game strategies to ensure compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Serbian and English both verbal and written
- At least 1 year of experience in the Casino LIVE/Online industry
Understanding of games and procedures- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian
- Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous
- Familiarity with live casino technology or control room systems will be considered as an advantage
- A higher degree or advanced education related to management operations or a relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
