Job Description
Position: Stylist
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Fulltime
Work model: onsite
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform makeup and hairdressing activities according to company standards including tattoo coverage to ensure your readiness and flawless appearance in front of the camera
- Proactively and on request retouch makeup and hairstyles. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of work tools and workspace
- Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and accessories. Ensure proper storage and usage of equipment
- Train employees on company standards for appearance
- Communicate effectively through company channels to track and report on makeup and hairstyling activities
- Create a pleasant experience for employees by maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language during interactions
- Respond promptly to requests and issues communicated through company channels during working hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Serbian and English both verbal and written
- Minimum 1 years of professional handson experience in makeup application and hairstyling
- Must hold a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling or a related artistic industry
- PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures
- Exceptional presentation communication and selfdiscipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently
- Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques specifically for oncamera or broadcast settings
- Understanding of skincare products and techniques that can enhance the overall appearance and comfort of individuals during their shifts.
