Job Description

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with expertise in data mining evaluation and visualization. Strong proficiency in handling data across platforms like eCommerce Salesforce SAP and Service Max. Advanced Excel abilities including vlookups hlookups formulas and pivot tables. Proficiency in building reports using Power BI. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus. Ability to thrive in a collaborative teambased environment.Key Responsibilities: Partner with Market to Order IT leads to understand reporting needs KPIs and critical metrics delivering valuable insights for decisionmaking. Collect and analyze data from various Market to Order applications. Detect trends patterns and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. Collaborate with Sales Marketing Service Analytics and IT teams to support datadriven decisions. Oversee key reports related to the Global Commercialization Organization (GCO) and Global Supply Chain (GSC). Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to improve data accessibility and usability. Investigate and implement best practices to optimize processes. Present comprehensive analysis and findings to management. (1.) To adhere to quality standards regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management Training freshers coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
