Title: QA Project Manager (Remote2 openings)

Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the quality assurance team and ensuring their performance and productivity.
- Coordinating and collaborating with software developers testers project managers and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle and a timely delivery.
- Planning designing and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes for software development and testing.
- Manage overall Test Strategy Test Schedule Test Plan and Test Design review. Review and approve test plans test cases test scripts and test results. Resource planning and utilization Timeline and resource estimation.
- Identify risks issues and constraints for testing. Work on risk mitigation strategies for risks and issues
- Establishing and enforcing quality standards policies and procedures for software products and services.
- Identifying analyzing and reporting software defects issues risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of test cases results and metrics.
- Regularly report on testing progress challenges and outcomes to project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Project Manager/Quality Assurance Manager with an overall experience of 8 years in quality assurance
- Experience establishing and defining an endtoend testing strategy including test planning test reporting testing and defect tracking and resource planning and allocation.
- Experience and knowledge of Test Management principles methodologies and tools.
- Experience with project mgmt. approaches tools and phases of the project lifecycle from a QA perspective.
- Experience using Microsoft programs including Azure. Experience with DevOps and agile methodology.
- PMP certification is a PLUS.
- Knowledge/experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Multitasker with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Education
Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
