Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Racine WI 5 days/week
Duration: 5 Months
Hours: 8 AM4:30 PM
Shift : 1
Description:
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. A minimum of two years of recruiting coordination or administrative experience required.
1. Experience scheduling complex meetings to accommodate panel interviews
2. Experience scheduling travel domestically for candidates
4. Strong skills using Microsoft Outlook and other Office Suite products
5. Excellent customer service skills

KEY WORDS:

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:
Knowledge of Workday
Experience conducting background checks and coordinating drug screens

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews and to create and distribute interview agendas.
Build candidate relationships. Own onsite and virtual experience for candidates. Be the point of contact keeping interviews on track and creating an excellent candidate experience for our talent at every level
Answer candidates queries regarding the application process
Ensure our internal customers (hiring teams) have a positive interview experience.
Maintain the ATS system (Workday) including reporting and data accuracy.
Ensure background checks physical and drug tests are setup and completed effectively.
Investigate and adjudicate any background check issues for all hires in North America
Complete preboarding experience for candidates by sending them appropriate gift box
Organize travel arrangements for candidates reserve conference rooms and process candidate travel reimbursement.
Communicate professionally considerately and with the utmost diplomacy continuously treating all stakeholders with dignity and respect.
Greet and escort candidates for onsite interviews as needed
Provide administrative and logistical support for coordination of career events.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve to maximum results.
Identify areas of process improvement and make recommendations.
Actively participate in various HR and recruiting initiatives and projects.
