Create comprehensive documentation for the application rationalization project including process flows and business requirements
Conduct reviews of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Conduct reviews of existing application process flows to identify efficiency improvement opportunities and dependencies
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Analyze current application portfolio and provide recommendations for consolidation and rationalization.
