Job Summary
We are seeking an Onsite Mainframe Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mainframes Modernization Mainframe API and will work in a hybrid model. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring seamless integration and driving innovation. Candidates with Walmart GRS experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization of mainframe systems to ensure they meet current and future business needs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Mainframe APIs to enhance system functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing mainframe systems.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing system maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project timelines are met.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical activities.
