The ideal candidate will excel in driving execution across multiple teams identifying risks and ensuring successful technology initiatives. A strong technical background leadership abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for guiding teams toward consistent highquality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the overall release delivery process coordinating activities across teams.
• Maintain release schedules and manage crossfunctional dependencies.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders on progress toward milestones.
• Leverage data to measure release effectiveness and improve customer experience.
• Coordinate project activities including reporting results and managing escalations.
• Develop project communications such as status reports stakeholder updates and project plans.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 8 years in IT delivery and 5 years in IT delivery leadership roles.
• Bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in technology delivery IT project management and program management in agile environments.
• Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with distributed teams release leadership and IT lifecycle management.
• Expertise in Jira Confluence ServiceNow and MS Office Suite.
