Responsibilities:

• Identify and improve substandard processes through data analysis.
• Develop and implement systems prototypes to enhance productivity.
• Create detailed project management plans with clear communication.
• Perform quality assurance throughout systems development stages.
• Develop and document user requirements for system improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate analyses and documentation.
• Maintain systems processes and provide monthly status reports.
• Troubleshoot and optimize systems through daily analytics.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree.
• 5 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and/or nCino.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Experience in generating process documentation and project management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• High proficiency with Microsoft applications.
