Job Description: Drafting reviewing editing validating and publishing process content and technical documentation which is often needed under short deadlines and fills gaps where little to nonexistent process documentation or structure is currently available.
Developing strong internal and external relationships helping drive preventive actions to
improve workload delivery and driving continuous process and procedural improvements that help us work more efficiently and effectively.
This position requires detailed knowledge of IT Infrastructure Cloud & Networking Solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with process engineering and others to create content requiring excellent content organization writing and formatting techniques.
Extremely important that the candidate can work collaboratively with others across multiple teams.
The position deliverables include but are not limited to:
Managing queues/requests for process engineering and technical workflow documentation
Drafting managing reviews for finalizing and publishing processes
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with functional contacts to ensure efficiency in driving operational improvements
Participate in routine and ad hoc meetings pertaining to related infrastructure team discussions and communications
Promote quality focused infrastructure deployment documentation that streamlines process improvements in workrelated activities
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in English Technical Communications Computer Science or a related technical / communications field with a minimum of 35 years related experience or equivalent.
Prior work experience developing or assisting in the development of technical documentation for both internal (company) and external (customer and partner) audiences
Working knowledge of computer system hardware and software primarily desktop and notebook PC systems
Prior experience in an Enterprise Tech Company or process technical writing is strongly preferred.
