Roles and Responsibility

We will engage in ongoing discussions with the business department to gather the needs and requests for new feature development and then pass the baton to the engineering department. Your responsibility will be to draw up visions and roadmaps to enhance the user experience leading planning and initiatives aimed at evolving and growing the product.
Specifically...
- Strengthening product plans and requirements definition with the business department
- Product enhancement planning based on market and competitor product research
- Development project management
- Release management
- Postrelease effectiveness validation
As the engineering team is based in both Japan and the Philippines it will be necessary to communicate requirements to the Philippine development team in English. However proficiency in Japanese communication skills for discussions with the business department is highly valued. We provide support for English so even basic proficiency is acceptable. Through work and benefits (free business English lessons) it is possible to gradually improve conversational skills.
Those with only project management experience are also welcome! We encourage individuals to gradually expand their responsibilities from handling small projects to taking command of the entire product. Of course those with product management experience may immediately assume the role of product manager upon joining the company. Please let us know your experience preferences and aptitude and we will propose a suitable position for you.

Conditions / Benefits
Employment system: Full time
Location: Kanda Sudacho Chiyodaku Tokyo
- Remote work (Up to 6 days per month)
Annual Salary: 7M 10M JPY (based on experience and skills)
- Annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary is paid monthly)
- No Overtime allowance for managers and supervisors position
- Annual salary renewal: Once a year (March)
- Performance bonus: May be paid based on company performance and individual evaluation
- Commuting allowance (paid in accordance with company regulations)
- Moving allowance (paid in accordance with company regulations)
Hours: Flextime system (core time 10:0017:00)
- Flexible time 8:0010:00/17:0022:00
*Flexible working hours are not applicable to those hired as managers and supervisors
