Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in German and English to join our team in Szczecin. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in German (C2) and English (B2) through various communication channels including phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in a comprehensive 2week training program that equips you with the skills necessary for success.
- Engage in a learning by doing approach gaining handson experience with ongoing support from a Training Buddy.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
Work Schedule:
- Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday.
- Every second Saturday is a working day.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
- Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
