Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist fluent in Danish and English to join our team in Warsaw. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support helping our clients with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in Danish and English via various channels including phone email and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in a comprehensive 2week training program that prepares you for success in your role.
- Utilize a learning by doing approach to gain handson experience with ongoing support from your Training Buddy.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (working two weekends per month)
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Danish and English.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
