Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Specialist fluent in Danish and English to join our dynamic team in Warsaw. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality customer service in Danish and English through various communication channels including phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries issues and feedback ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Participate in a comprehensive 2week training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for your role.
- Engage in a learning by doing approach gaining handson experience while receiving continuous support from your Training Buddy.
- Contribute to enhancing the customer experience by collaborating with team members and sharing insights.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (two weekends per month required)
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
