Job Description

Location: Szczecin Poland

Languages Required: Italian (C1) English (B2)

Employment Type: OnSite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address complex technical queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Stay updated on product developments to provide informed support.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (varied shifts)

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Basic technical knowledge; ability to explain concepts such as VPN and IP address.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Previous experience in technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.

Training:

  • We offer a comprehensive 68 week onboarding training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
