Job Description

Location: Szczecin Poland

Languages Required: Italian (C1) English (B2)

Employment Type: OnSite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and deliver efficient technical solutions.
  • Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tackle more complex technical questions.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Stay informed about product updates to offer knowledgeable support.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (various shifts)

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Italian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Basic technical awareness with the ability to explain terms like VPN and IP address.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Previous experience in technical support is advantageous but not required.
  • Capacity to excel in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Training:

  • We provide an extensive 68 week onboarding training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in this position.
