Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking clients through various channels (email chat phone).
Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.
Qualifications:
Strong German reading and writing abilities; conversational English skills are a plus.
Excellent computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software.
Strong decisionmaking skills and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Previous experience in customer support is not required; however a passion for helping others is essential.
Work Schedule:
Rotational morning and late shifts until midnight.
Flexibility to work from home in Malta.
