We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for our client to play a critical role in initiating the sales cycle and laying the foundation for strong customer relationships.

As an SDR your main goal is to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Youll spend your time researching prospecting and connecting with digital marketing professionals through calls emails and social media.
- Your success will be measured by consistently meeting and exceeding quotas for scheduled discovery calls and maintaining high levels of outbound activity.
- Youll report to the SDR Team Lead who will provide guidance mentorship and regular performance evaluations to help you succeed.
- Youll work closely with the Account Executives and the marketing team to ensure smooth lead transitions provide insights align messaging and optimize the overall customer acquisition process.
- Youll be based in Vilnius Lithuania working from our office near the old town.
What you will do
Your ultimate goal is to schedule qualified discovery calls for Account Executives by:
- Research and Prospecting: Continuously research and identify potential customers (leads) through various channels to generate new sales opportunities.
- Engage and Qualify Prospects: Communicate with digital marketing professionals through outbound cold calls emails and social media
- Pipeline and CRM Management: Qualify build and manage an accurate sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects. Accurately log all activities interactions and opportunities in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and enable effective followup.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and optimize the lead generation process.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and the success of campaigns to help refine targeting and messaging.
To be successful you will need
- 1 years in B2B or B2C sales with experience in cold calling.
- A coachable positive attitude with strong motivation to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage effectively via phone and email.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- High level of resilience and perseverance in a targetdriven environment.
