i1x is a venture studio that builds capitalefficient B2B companies focused on sales and marketing technology. Were seeking an exceptional sales leader to join as Head of Sales with cofounder potential across our portfolio of B2B SaaS and agency ventures.
The Role:
Youll lead sales strategy and execution across multiple B2B ventures with the opportunity to take significant ownership in the ones you help scale. This is not just a sales role its a chance to cobuild multiple companies from the ground up.
What Youll Do:
- Design and execute sales strategies for B2B SaaS products and agency services ranging from EURARR (depending on experience)
- Build and manage multiple sales pipelines using a datadriven approach
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across US and/or European markets
- Contribute to product strategy based on market feedback
- Scale successful initiatives across our portfolio companies
What Were Looking For:
- Proven track record selling B2B SaaS or professional services (EUR 750K annual revenue)
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Strong understanding of European B2B markets
- Ability to sell both selfservice products and enterprise solutions
- Independent mindset with excellent remote collaboration skills
- Additional European languages are a plus

- 5 years in B2B SaaS sales with demonstrable results
- Experience in both direct sales and building sales teams
- Track record of exceeding targets consistently

- Experience selling in multiple European markets

Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary:(based on experience and location)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 100% of base salary tied to revenue targets
- Equity: 315% ownership in ventures you help scale (vesting over 4 years)
- Commission: Progressive structure on direct sales (515%)
First 6 Months:
- Reduced base salary with accelerated commission structure
- Clear KPIs for transition to full compensation
- Initial equity grant upon reaching milestones
