Our client a globalscale Australian gold producer with projects located in the Goldfields Western Australia is looking for experienced Mine Site ESOs with at least 3 years of FIFO mine site experience.

Job Duties:
- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of safety and emergency response equipment according to established checklists
- Serve as the First Responder for injury and incident management including being available for afterhours oncall support
- Keep site First Aid rooms and ambulances in a state of readiness
- Develop implement and uphold safe work procedures while fostering a culture of safety awareness among staff
- Create and maintain procedures to ensure operations are environmentally sustainable
- Communicate any changes in systems processes and procedures clearly to all team members
- Perform regular inspections of work areas and equipment to ensure safe operational practices
- Participate in and facilitate incident investigations and risk assessments
Requirements

- Certificate 3 in Mines Rescue
- Certificate 4 Health
- BG4/UGSAR
- Collect Specimens for Drug of Abuse Testing Qualified
- Unrestricted C Class Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a PEMDAS
