Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mall Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of a highend shopping mall in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the malls operations ensuring a seamless shopping experience for tenants and customers maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining the property at the highest standards. The role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership business acumen and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee all daily operations including facility management security cleaning and tenant coordination.
- Ensure the smooth running of the mall by liaising with tenants and addressing operational issues promptly.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure the mall is kept in pristine condition.
- Tenant Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants resolving issues and ensuring compliance with mall policies.
- Support tenants in meeting operational standards and enhancing customer service levels.
- Manage lease agreements and renewals to ensure optimal tenancy levels.
- Sales & Revenue Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and boost retail sales.
- Maximize mall revenue through rental income promotional activities and innovative marketing strategies.
- Monitor tenant performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events to increase mall visibility and traffic.
- Develop community engagement programs to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for the malls operational expenses and capital improvements.
- Ensure costeffective procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor financial performance analyze variances and implement corrective actions as required.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor the operations team fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure all staff are trained and adhere to the malls operational and safety standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all health safety and security regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Manage emergency protocols and conduct regular safety drills with mall personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facility Management or a related field.
- 1015 years of experience in mall or property management with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets operations and largescale events.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail or real estate sectors.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
